The Crests hold an impressive list of credits. In 1958 their huge hit “Sixteen Candles” became an instant classic and one of the most memorable ballads of all time. They have performed throughout the U.S. including an impressive run in Las Vegas and Atlantic City. They have withstood the test of time and continue to bring joy to generations with their own hits of the 50’s and 60’s. The Flamingos were in the vanguard of the Rhythm and Blues groups that changed the focus of R&B songs. They emphasized romantic ballads with emotional involvement and warmth over the years. For decades, their hit recordings and sensational stage show have galvanized audiences from Madison Square Garden to Las Vegas.
